The case continued still with the false allegations. My son being taken was only off of the allegations of My'Riah having four (4) rib fractures and a fractured tibia/fibula.
These alleged fractures were debunked 12/02/2015, 12/17/2015 and 4/27/2016.
The Court was made aware that these fractures weren't there first by the hospital through records a few days after the case had been opened and then by the mother in court in December 2016.
The court needed time to review what was told to them by the mother so they they continued the case . The case was closed on January 9, 2017.
The mother raised this point in court, all Judge Stein and the Cabinet was concerned about was how she found out verses addressing the mistake made my the University of Kentucky hospital.
The Court closed My'Riah's case and left the case with Jaydan open.
The social workers said to focus on Jaydan and work toward My'Riah in two years when the order is able to modified.
