While going through the cases with the children, they required parenting classes, psychological and mental evaluations, drug tests, counselling and therapy etc.

Next came the EPO/IPO (Interpersonal Protection Order)
It was said that the mother had set a bush in front of the house that My'Riah resided in on fire. Yet the mother was at the court house on that day at the same time but it went unnoticed.
Judge Kathy Stein had signed the IPO in effect and it was active for two (2) years.
At this point, the family member who had My'Riah had stopped visitation due to the alleged allegation that the mother had told others that children in the family were sexually abused. This did not happen. Yet the IPO was active anyways.

The Court kept placing emphasis on counselling and wanted the mother to address prior sexual abuse when this case had nothing to do with sexual abuse.
After this was addressed by the mother in court this opened up so much more.
A family war had began..
A relative had went and told what had happen in court except their spin of what happened and it spiraled out of control.
I supposedly had released a family secret that I didn't even know I released.
Not only did the Court and Social worker play into this corruption, but the family did too. The family added more to the equation to cover up what may have arose out of the alleged allegations.
Visitations with My'Riah had halted because of the Interpersonal Protective Order.
The relative believed that the IPO would act like a gag order, but the mother wasn't speaking on this.
The mother continued to see Jaydan, but was not allowed to see My'Riah.
However she was able to get pictures and videos.
The pain I endured was enough to set off a spark in my heart.. I wanted to make sure this didn't happen to anyone else.. especially an innocent family.
I am not saying we don't need child protective services.. I am just calling out for reformation.. children are abused and neglected.. however there are innocent families, parents, children and others who suffer due to false allegations of child abuse and neglect as well as hospitals falsifying injuries to build a case.

All of these things we and are defining moments... this all opened my eyes to understand and know what the family court system, child protective services and even your own family is capable of. This all happened to give me a heart to fight and help make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else. I went to school to pursue Paralegal Studies and graduated December 2021.

This entire situation taught me how strong I was and showed me what I am supposed to do in this world.
and like that out of the mud I grew the crazy thing is I didn't even know I was buried until I saw how much I grew..
they for sure had no idea what they were burying..
Well in the mud I learned valuable lessons. I learned how strong I truly am. Sometimes you don't learn how strong you are until STRONG is the only choice you have left. .
I learned that pain has a purpose... life will force you down certain avenues and paths to grow..
I thought life was trying to break me, but the breaking was only to make me stronger.
-- and what doesn't kill you really does make you stronger... I definitely learned that.
The things you learn growing out the mud-- don't you know Diamonds are found in the mud?
A big thank you to those who sprinkled the dirt.
